Senior Transactor Structured Export Finance (m/f/d)
Vienna or Frankfurt based
Within the Banking Division, Structured Export Finance (“SEF”) originates, structures, and executes export credit agency (“ECA”) supported financings in the infra and energy space in both developed and developing markets, across a wide range of structures, from sovereign to cash-flow based financings. The Senior Transactor sources and leads transactions end to end factoring aspects such as governance, sustainability, credit, risk mitigation, funding, distribution, and capital requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver pitches to borrowers, sponsors, exporters, ECAs and partnering institutions
- Follow through on ideas and convert leads into offers and mandates
- Lead cross-functional deal teams to execute deals to the highest standards
- Supervise, mentor and guide analysts and associates through the deal-making process
Requirements
- Export financier, structurer, and dealmaker with 7-10+ years’ relevant experience
- Driven individual with critical thinking and superior organisation skills
- Effective and concise communicator, team-oriented “hands on” individual
- Educated to Masters’ level with fluency in English and another language (German preferred)
The position is governed by Austria´s collective agreement for bank employees. As a legal requirement, a minimum gross monthly basic salary of EUR 5.714 has been set for the role. However, this is purely a formality and a competitive remuneration package will be offered together with various additional benefits.
