Senior Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist (m/f/d)
In this role, you report directly to the Head of People & Culture and will act as a key sparring partner for managers, combining hands-on recruitment expertise with a strong passion for learning, development and cultural impact.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
- End-to-end responsibility for the full recruiting lifecycle, from role scoping and job advertising to selection, interviewing and contract negotiation
- Lead interviews and selection processes and provide professional guidance to hiring managers
- Design and further develop learning, development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs
- Contribute to strategic workforce and talent planning in close collaboration with leadership
- Coordinate and support training measures, internal development formats and external learning partners
- Continuously improve recruiting, talent management and development processes, tools and standards
- Actively contribute to a strong company culture, employee engagement and employer attractiveness
Your Background
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Solid professional experience in recruiting and people development, ideally in a senior or advisory role
- Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, high level of empathy and confidence in stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently while thinking strategically and acting pragmatically
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP SF
- Fluent in English and German

According to the collective agreement, the gross annual salary for this position starts at EUR 75.000,--. A market compliant overpament is of course possible, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer numerous benefits, including a job ticket and meal vouchers.
