Key Responsibilities
- Conducting credit risk evaluation and analysis of project finance, LBO (Leveraged Buyout) and corporate financings
- ln-depth due diligence, evaluation of structures and determination of appropriate ratings
- Synthesizing the. analysis into clear risk statements and recommendations for reviews and decisions on exposures on the portfolio and for new transactions
- Being a strong and credible sparring partner for the client-facing units when discussing structures and credit matters on transactions lead-arranged by the bank 
- Monitoring portfolio, including annual reviews
- Contributing to other topics and projects of the credit risk division

 

Requirements
- Fluency in English, written and oral, and preferably also in German
- Significant work experience in Project Finance, LBO or other structured transactions, with in-depth analysis and due diligence experience either in a client-facing unit or in a credit risk function
- ldeally experience in evaluating mezzanine and other junior and equity-like instruments
- Proficiency, trustworthiness, and effective communication abilities in order to convey the risk department's standpoint to other units and within committee settings
- Analytical, structured and precise working style, and a committed team player able to work diligently
under time
- Hands-on, practical and proactive professional with strong communication skills.

 

 

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we guarantee remuneration that aligns with market standards and is tailored to your experience and qualifications. For this position, the yearly compensation starts at EUR 70,000.
