As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for Procurement, Contract and Provider Managers at various seniority levels.
The objective of this strategic role is to effectively organize and steer the procurement team while overseeing and managing all procurement activities and relationships with external service providers and suppliers.
The focus is on ensuring that contractual agreements are honored and that the services or products provided meet the defined quality, performance, and price standards.
Procurement Manager, Contract and Provider Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Definition, implementation, and execution of Kommunalkredit's strategic and operational procurement processes, including measures for cost optimization and efficiency.
- Identification and selection of partners and service providers for various services, along with developing and maintaining relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with, as well as regular adjustment and optimization of, service level agreements (SLAs).
- Steering and executing the sourcing model in alignment with the Austrian Banking Act (BWG), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
- Negotiation of contract terms and optimization and adaptation of contracts.
- Actively driving and managing selection/RfP processes and contract/SLA negotiations.
- Establishing clear key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring contract performance, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Requirements
- You should be open-minded and enjoy working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility and demonstrating a desire to create solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Procurement Department or a similar role (e.g., Sourcing Manager) for senior positions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on business management, business informatics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of tools and techniques that support the effective setup of the procurement function.
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
