Internship - MidOffice/KYC (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities

Support the KYC team in the Mid Office during the client onboarding and review processes

Assist with the collection, analysis, and validation of customer and counterparty information

Prepare and maintain KYC documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements

Support senior team members with research, data checks, and case preparation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Front Office, Risk, Compliance) to ensure smooth KYC processes
Requirements

EU citizenship and a minimum age of 18 years at the start of employment are mandatory
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field

Strong interest in banking, regulatory topics, and KYC processes

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good German language skills, English is a plus
We are excited to offer a hands-on internship opportunity starting immediately in a supportive and professional environment. The internship is based on a full-time commitment of 38.5 hours per week and offers a monthly salary of EUR 2.350,--. The internship has a minimum duration of three months and is ideally designed to last up to six months (maximum), depending on the candidate’s availability.
After successfull completion of the internship period, there is the opportunity to continue as a long-term working student with a weekly time commitment of 8-10 hours.
