lnternship - M&A and Debt Advisory in Frankfurt

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in originating and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A and Debt Advisory mandates
  • Conduct market and industry analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of transaction materials, such as teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
  • Support in managing due diligence processes
  • Support the team on ad-hoc assignments, internal and external presentations, and reporting / monitoring tasks

 

 

Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Candidates must hold EU nationality or possess a valid work permit for Germany. Applications without valid work authorization cannot be considered
  • Academic Background: Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • lnterpersonal Skills: Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to delivering on multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; German and CEE language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Experience: Relevant job experience (internships or similar) is a plus
  • lnterest Areas: A demonstrated interest in corporate finance and the energy & infrastructure sector is considered a strong plus
  • Availability: Open for a period of up to 6 months, starting as soon as possible

 

 

 

We are excited to offer motivated and talented students a hands-on internship experience in a supportive environment. With a minimum commitment of three months, interns will work 38.5 hours per week and receive a remuneration of 2,870 Euros per month. ldeally, the internship will last 6 months, depending on the candidate's availability.
