As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for ITSM/ITOM specialists at various seniority levels.

The objectives of this role include the identification and implementation of optimization levers within Kommunalkredit's business processes. Furthermore, it is required to continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability of business processes to support and achieve the company's objectives.

ITSM/ITOM Specialist (m/f/d)
We are hiring for multiple roles of various seniority levels. Your fit will be assesed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement.

  • Developing and implementing strategies for process optimization, utilizing the latest methods and technologies.

  • Establishing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

  • Liaising with various departments to ensure that process changes are communicated and implemented effectively.

  • Managing process improvement projects, including planning, control, and monitoring of project progress.

  • Advising and supporting management in strategic decision-making related to process management.

Requirements

  • Be open-minded and enjoy working with people in a dynamic environment, taking on responsibility, and having a desire to create solutions.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on banking, business organization, informatics, or an equivalent technical degree.

  • Relevant certifications, such as Business Process Management; in-depth experience with BPM and/or RPA tool suites (for senior roles).

  • Good working knowledge of the financial services industry, with a focus on project finance (for senior roles).

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Financial Service IT organization/department, IT consulting, or IT service provider (for senior roles).

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
