Fund Manager (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

Fundraising / Sales

  • Engage potential accounts and maintain investor relations.

  • Represent funds at conferences, manage RfPs, and coordinate NDAs.

  • Maintain databases, create marketing materials, and manage meeting logistics.

  • Support new fund structures for investors.

Portfolio Management / Investment Process

  • Present quarterly performance reports and monitor ongoing projects.

  • Conduct site visits, lender meetings, and evaluate new project acquisitions.

  • Perform due diligence and issue investment recommendations.

  • Facilitate asset transfers.

Admin / Back Office

  • Manage invoicing, account monitoring and CAPEX approvals

  • Handle fund liquidity planning, distributions, and internal reporting.

  • Review monthly financial metrics and coordinate quarterly portfolio ratings.

  • Assist with annual report preparations and maintain fund documentation

  • Oversee ESG management and KYC processes.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies (business administration, economics, industrial engineering)
  • Ideally 3-5 years' experience in the investment management industry in infrastructure or energy finance. Strong graduate candidates will also be considered
  • Relevant knowledge of company and/or project valuation
  • Ability to interpret and present financial modelling results
  • Experience in reviewing projects and structuring due diligence processes
  • Very good knowledge of all MS Office applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical and structured working style with a high degree of initiative and responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English
