Communication & Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management:
    • Identify, plan, and coordinate relevant content in close collaboration with internal departments and external agencies
    • Ensure editorial quality and consistent application of corporate design across text, image, video, and audio
    • Create and edit communication formats such as newsletters, website content, LinkedIn posts, reports (e.g., annual and semi-annual reports), print materials, presentations, and promotional asset
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and strategically develop digital platforms (website, intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram, event apps)
    • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-channel performance
  • Communication & Media Planning:
    • Develop and manage communication plans, including topic screening and coordination of annual and campaign planning with departments, executive board, agencies, and media partners
    • Design and implement media plans as well as editorial planning and distribution of content across various communication channels
  • Events:
    • Conceptualise, organise, and execute internal and external events, including participant and invitation management
    • Ensure consistent brand representation throughout all event phases
  • Internal Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage internal communication formats and coordinate with relevant departments for content development
  • Budget Tracking & Administration:
    • Monitor budgets, invoice control, and order tracking in coordination with the team lead

 

Requirements

  • Ability to develop innovative and creative “out-of-the-box” solutions
  • Strong team orientation and capability for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in managing various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of graphic and analytics tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Google Analytics.

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The annual gross minimum salary starts at EUR 60,000, based on the requirements listed above. A market-based overpayment is possible, depending on your experience and qualifications.
