Associate - Placement & Sales (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Relationship Management & Client Communication:
    • Assist in maintaining and enhancing relationships with stakeholders, including capital and mezzanine providers.
    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and information requests.
    • Organize and maintain a database of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
  • Assist in Risk Distribution & Product Promotion:
    • Support the design and execution of risk distribution strategies across various financial instruments (incl. Financial Models, Info Memos, Due Diligence, Teasers, Q&A etc.)
    • Aid in the growth of the KA Fidelio Fund Platform by conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Support in Strategic Initiatives:
    • Assist Senior Sales and other team members in the execution of the 'Underwrite to Distribute' model.
    • Participate in the development and fine-tuning of sales strategies in alignment with internal KPIs.
    • Analyze and report on the efficacy of ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Market Insight:
    • Collaborate with the Structuring and Origination Team, helping bridge communication and ensure a smooth workflow.
    • Compile and analyze 'Market Soundings' and other relevant market data to support team strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings, offering insights from gathered data.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields. A Master's or further advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • > 5 years in banking, finance, or related sectors, with exposure to Project Finance, Infrastructure & Energy, Structured Finance, and Alternative Investments.
    • Familiarity with financial instruments, financial models, documentation
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Profiency in financial modelling and ideally structuring expertise
    • General understanding of renewable energy and infrastructure markets in Europe
    • Ability to operate under a performance-oriented culture with a high workload
    • Effective communication skills in English; German proficiency is advantageous

Our salaries are based on the collective agreement for bankers. Overpayment is possible depending on specific qualifications and professional experience.
