As part of the expansion of our IT team, we are looking for Application Managers for Human Resources Applications at various seniority levels.
The objective of this role is to identify and implement optimization levers within Kommunalkredit's human resources processes. Additionally, it is essential to continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability of these processes to support and achieve the company's objectives in the area of People & Culture.
Application Manager for Human Resources Applications (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement IT solutions for human resources applications, monitoring and ensuring the functionality of HR systems.
- Develop strategies for the implementation of IT solutions and processes for human resources applications using the latest methods and technologies.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Analyze existing processes to ensure compliance with data protection guidelines and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure that process changes are communicated, documented, and implemented effectively.
- KA Systems: DPW (Payroll); KA Academy (E-Learning Platform); Suite SAP SuccessFactors HCM (Recruiting, Goal Setting, etc.); SAP 4 Hana.
Requirements

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on People and Organization, Informatics, or an equivalent technical degree.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience and working knowledge in the HR sector (for more senior roles).

HR Data Model: Expertise in developing and managing an HR data model for personal master data, establishing a Single Point of Truth.

Data Migration: Experience in data migration to DPW Cloud, including interfaces from DPW to Freshservice.

System Interfaces: Proficient in managing interfaces between various HR systems.

KA Academy: Ability to integrate and manage AD connections with the KA Academy E-Learning Platform.

On/Offboarding Process: Skilled in automating and further developing the on/offboarding process.

Organizational Changes: Competence in automatically transferring organizational chart changes and departmental transfers from the HR system to all relevant systems.

External Employee Integration: Experience in integrating external employee on/offboarding processes.

HR Dashboard Development: Proficiency in developing comprehensive HR dashboards.
In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
